Q: Are all of your products made in Canada?

A:  All our CAREGuard+™ with ZenGUARD™ Anti-Microbial Protection masks  are made by and in Canada manufacturing facilities. 

Q: Who and where is the viricidal solution that goes on these masks made?

A: The break-through virucidal coating used on these one-of-a-kind masks, was created by Zentek Ltd., (formerly known as Zen Graphene Solutions). This patented-solution is manufactured in their laboratory in Guelph, Ontario. Zentek is a publicly traded company. Visit their website for further information on the company and to consider it for its’ investment potential.


Q: The CAREGuard+™ with ZenGUARD™+ masks protection are far safer than the masks we currently use and have in stock. As Hospital and Nursing Home Administrators, we have felt we have a duty and obligation to provide our staff and patients with the absolute best the market has to offer.  So, what do we do with the stockpile we have accumulated since the pandemic started?  

A: Great question and quite a dilemma, really. May we suggest that you contact your local/regional Service Clubs, i.e. The Boys & Girls Club, Rotary Club, Lions Club, Kinsmen & Kinettes, and/or the Red Cross or United Way. Many of those organizations have avenues that they are currently serving and are in dire need to supply to those that are not able to afford these items.  Some of the larger organizations have worldwide movements that supply less fortunate countries and villages all over the world. Additionally, some of these servicing clubs and non-profits have the ability to provide tax write-offs.   

BULK ORDERS 

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing?

A: Yes, for sure. Please go to our bulk order Page and give us some indication of exactly which products you are interested in…the quantities; is this a one-time full order, or would you like an ongoing weekly, monthly or quarterly order? How often you would like a shipment. If you are interested in placing a bulk or order, please contact us at sales@vitalhealthsupplies.ca call or text number 902.315.2319 any time. We will contact you to confirm the amounts available, pricing and delivery information. 

Q: Are all products available at  bulk/large volume?

A: Yes, all of our products are available at bulk/volume pricing. Our most popular product, the CAREGuard+™ with ZenGUARD™ Anti-Microbial Technology masks, and the "soon to be available" ZenGUARD gloves, gowns, booties, etc. can be shipped all over the world in quantities. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Q: Where are you located?
A: Vital Health Supplies is located in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada. We have Affiliates offices located in Vaughan, and Richmond Hill, Ontario.

 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from our Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada location, or from our warehouse in Vaughan, ON and from our Fulfillment Center located in Brampton, ON

Q: Can you ship Worldwide? 

A:  Yes. Depending on the product, the quantities and the location, we can provide a quote using any number of shipping services, such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. Please contact us for additional information at sales@vitalhealthsupplies.ca or call or text number 902.315.2319

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: After you input your quantity request and shipping destination information, we will provide you shipping options, before your order is finalized. We may have to request a firm quotation from the shipping company and get back to you. We will seek the best possible options from all our shipping partners…FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, DHL, etc. Please identify with us, if you have an account with a shipping company or a preference. Our Fulfillment Center is located in Brampton, ON.

PS: Shipping & Handling for minimum orders in Canada is $15.99, and for the United States orders $17.99 Rates are subject to change at any time.  

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: When we reach maximum production capacity, and we have the services of our Fulfillment Center (effected  February, 2022) we will ship all orders out that are received by 9:00AM EST Monday – Friday, the same day. If you place your order outside these hours, your order will be shipped out the next business day. 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

Q: Why is my order delayed?

A: If you are experiencing significant delays with your order, please kindly reach out to us at sales@vitalhealthsupplies.ca  call or text number 902.315.2319 and we will assist with tracking your order.  

Q: I’m ordering on behalf of a large multi-location institution; can my order be split up and sent to multiple locations?

A:  Absolutely, all we need to know is what number of which product(s) is going to which location. We’ll look after it all. Confirmation and of pick-up and delivery and tracking information will follow.   

PAYMENT

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards with orders processed through Shopify.  In addition, we accept e-Transfer, A Bank Letter of Credit (LOC), and purchase orders. 

Q: I’m having difficulty, or I have questions, what do I do?

A: If you are having some issues trying to order, or have any questions about products, deliveries, etc., please feel free to contact us at call or text number 902.315.2319. Note that our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AST BUT since we have customers from all over the world, we have someone to take your call any time, any day 24/7/365, as one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you with placing your order or answering questions.  

Q: Can I place an order over the phone? How does that work?

A: Please reach out to us call or  text number 902.315.2319 and one of our representatives will be more than happy to assist you with placing your order!  Since we are servicing hospitals, nursing homes, governments, institutions, stadiums, factories, shopping malls, schools, etc. on a worldwide basis, our receptionists work 24/7- 365 days a year. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a very strict quality control process in place through our manufacturing facility and it is very unlikely that any product would be shipped that was defective. We will, of course, honour any deficiencies. However, please note that all masks are considered personal health products and thus are “final sale”, unless defective.
